TACS updated "Nursery Invoice Manager"14th March 2009 Using NIM has become even easier. The latest release of Nursery Invoice Manager (NIM), the program designed to make life easier for Nursery Managers and Owners. Version 5.07.014 is now available for download either as an upgrade or for those who have yet to install it. In this latest release of what was simply in invoice calculator, NIM has developed into a full blown administration program. Yes it still calculates your invoices and takes into account extra or fewer sessions, the Early Years Grant, meals and so on. You can also work out your staff rotas, create and print letters, forms, print a range of reports either to paper, email or export them to a spreadsheet and you can even create and receive your own email, operate a diary, keep track of your staff development organise your school transport and much, much more. All of this can be done from within NIM itself. What’s more the new and innovative menu screens will help you locate a child quickly either to view or edit their details or to see emergency contact details, a list of invoices and payments, raise an invoice or enter their attendance details onto your register. This latest release includes the ability to attach photographs to each child’s details of both the child and also the adults connected to each child. If an adult is no longer allowed to collect a child then the photograph (or the space where you can store that photograph) is highlighted with a warning about this fact. It means that the nursery or club can visually identify those who can and cannot collect each child for added security. The photo's can even be printed out. You don't need to spend hours in front of your computer to achieve all of this. After entering details of each child when they begin nursery, all you need to do is to enter the attendance details from your register each day and the program will do the rest. There is even an evaluation version of the program to download. This is fully functioning, but limits the number of children you can enter. If you prefer a CD to be sent out we can do this for you, but the download will allow you to look at the software immediately. We are always working on NIM to improve what the program offers you. If you like what you see, but wish that there was something else that we may not yet have thought about let us know. As a registered user you will be eligible for program updates for the first year (they're £100pa from year 2) and so changes that are a benefit to everyone will be incorporated at no additional cost.
