The latest release of NIM is version 5.07.014

Nursery Invoice Manager (NIM) is designed to make life easier for Nursery  and Out of School Club Managers and Owners. 

For those of you who have already downloaded NIM, the latest build of the  program was available 14th March 2007.

The key features of the latest release are listed below and the cost to you is just £350 including all updates and email support for the next year. 

We are very pleased to announce that with the continued development of NIM you are now able to both read and create emails from within the program.  You can now record attendance and specify a charge for each attendance (if different from the default charging rate that you have set for each child) to make your billing totally flexible.  New style menu screens allow you to quickly and easily locate a specific child’s details, see Screen 1.  The new style on screen menus now reflecting your setting and children to make life easier for you.

Take the time consuming calculations out of working out how  much each parent has to pay for their childcare.  

After entering details of each child when they begin nursery ( or by  transferring them across from the waiting list) all  you need to do is to enter their attendance from your register each day with as little  as 3 clicks of your mouse and the program will do the rest.

We try to reflect what our users want from all our software.  This means that if you like what you see, but think there are other facilities it could include we are always happy to look at you requests.  Obviously we can't guarantee we will include them, but we always try if it's a benefit to all those using the software.

Limitations of the evaluation software.  The software allows you full  access to the software, but there are 3 limitations.  You cannot save  changes to the company details page, you can only enter details of 5 children on  the waiting list and 5 in the nursery and it will operate for 14 days. 

The unlocking code needed for this product can be purchased now via  PayPal.  In order to provide you with a code we will need to receive  cleared funds and you must send us the name of the nursery, address (phone number is  optional, but preferred) and email address if you want the code sent electronically.  

You can order your unlocking code by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button below  and making your payment via PayPal and you don't even need to have a PayPal  account.  They will arrange the transaction via your debit or credit card.  PayPal has been chosen because they process millions of secure transactions as  part of the eBay organisation. All this  for just £350.  If you want to receive updates and support after the first  year we make an annual fee of £100, but even this is included in your purchase  price for the first year.  If you prefer, you can send payment for the  unlocking code by post, payable to TACS Computer Services and addressed to 8  Badgers Way, Heath Hayes, Cannock, Staffs, WS12 3XG.  Don't forget to send  us your contact details so that we can send the code back to you.
