iPhone & iPod Touch

TACS has moved into creating apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch devices available from Apple.
For those of you with either of these devices, you can now download applications created by TACS from the iTunes App Store. More apps are being submitted for approval by Apple on a regular basis. Apps currently available are either educational or entertainment based.
Educational
Designed for a child to use while with their parent or adult supervisor, there are currently 4 apps that can be downloaded. The programs are based around the classic blocks that young children like to play with. You have a choice of an American or English voice giving you answers, hints or encouragement.
To download any of the apps shown below go to the App store. Either click on the title or image shown here or go there from directly from your. Once there, search for the titles show to the left of these images:

Animal Blocks 
Colour Blocks 
Number Blocks 
Coming soon will be Crazy Clock to help teaching children the time and others still in development.
Entertainment
There are several apps aimed at general light hearted fun. The first two of these have now been released into the App Store by Apple and are also available for download.

iFishLotto 
iFishLotto is where the ‘mathematical mackerel’ picks numbers for you to use in the Euromillions, Irish National Lottery, UK Lotto, UK Thunderball, USA Mega Millions or USA Powerball lotteries. Just touch the tank and he swims over to you while thinking of a number which then bubbles up to pop onto the top of the tank ..... just for you.
